TOP OF THE DAY

this has been a long month..

after my sister's wedding, they went malaysia for second banquet.

then my cousin went to U.S for work attachment.

then my another cousin went back to Australia.

then my sister went to europe for honeymoon.

then i go malaysia to see firefly with mum and second sis.

then i worked at the workshop.

then now my second sis is off to korea for a break.

all this in a month *panting...

see? only my dad is staying home all this while. seems like we are training my parents life without their kids in the future . its kinda sad though, but its the fact, kids grow up and lead their own life. my dad's hair turned partially white overnight right after my sister wedding. i can sense that he misses my sister. my mum too.

my second sis gonna r.o.m around december and i am sure the wedding wont be far away. so yeah, it will be me, my mum and dad in the house in the future. after that i will go army, thats another one down.

if we leave in the west, i mean europe and such. NOT jurong and boon lay haha my parents would be more then happy to see us go and they will lead their own lives. but too bad, they are super old-fashion.

hahaha no use typing so much anyway, all this will happen sooner or later one. inevitable. i don wan my sis to become old hag. oh well.

oh ya this sat friendly against weekang's friends cancel liao. but maybe going kensington to see if can play play. friday afternoon/saturday morning. so yeah. shall see.

actually jus had one. italy scored in the 93rd minute against aussie. this one is 2nd great escape followed by the england's match.

i wanna shout out to the world.

DRIVING ROCKS TO THE MAX!

i mean those on the road, not datona or initial D :p

but the road wasnt as treacherous as we though. or maybe there are not really vehicles on the road when i was driving. but the instructor allowed me to go to main road within like, half an hour?? hahaha i don know if thats the normal pratice, but i can say i did not do well in the car park where he just started to coach me. the car died on me for like 5 or 6 times, so i was really surprised i did more than changing from first gear to second gear, turn left turn right, and then brake on the line. hahaha

but once on the road, its really different. there was a stretch of long straight road where i got to sail at 50kmh. lol i think thats the fastest i can go. but still, it feels like 160kmh on the north east highway. hahaha

my arm easily cramped 3 times because i was holding onto the wheel so tightly! calf also! have to control the pressure on the clutch and accelerator. man, you have to be on the wheels to feel what is it like. hahaha

wahh today i travelled along many roads, perhaps more than u could do in a year.

from bukit batok east avenue 2 to jln surawak ali to jalan jurong kechil

old jurong road to anak bukit to aiya. wherever lah.

any idea wheres CHIJ Bukit Timah? CHIJ Kellock many of you may had heard before, but how many people had actually been there. theres a very majestic church beside it. how about swiss cottage?? hahaha

passed by all this places just to book my driving test date. piew. after all the efforts by my sister to find the place, i realised thats a direct bus from my house! so who says boon keng to bukit batok west avenue is far! hahaha i think its even nearer than ubi is to my house. hahaha

so for the next 5 months i will be shuttling between east and west, well literally. tampinese to bukit batok. bus companies love this kind of people lol

i will be a local guru in no time (:

went to malaysia the previous day. wasnt a good start though, italy drew and czech lost. beginning to lose the form i had in the earlier days of the tournament already ):

breakfast was so-so. guess we din really had a good dao-you to bring us to a fabulous breakfast. then was all the boring visit. what fruit farm, ostrich farm and chinese medicine. i slept thru the third visit without even knowing it . hahaha

the only thing worth mentioning is the firefly part. we had to take a boat through a river that look like the amazon river, albiet narrower and i don think it has croc or anaconda lol. the sun was just about to set when we set off. it was pitch dark soon after and fireflies were everywhere on the tree tops but never beside u. so i couldnt catch it ): scholar in the past all used fireflies as lamp. i wanna be scholar lehh......

who say cant take pictures of small, bright and sparkling things in the night without a long shutter speed. i did it ! wahahaha

p/s if u really believe thats fireflies, ur too gullible! hahaha i know its abit fake la.. but the idea is there...

yesterday i went to work at kallang theatre, because philipinos are celebrating their independence day. the stars invited to the show was, Jolina and Ding Dong. they are the andy lau and faye wong in philipines. cool hur.

just as i was slacking....

back to work. yesterday was ridiculous. singtel paid 8 people on a 8-dollar-an-hour job for 8 hours. thats 64 man hour, freaking 512 bucks paid.

AND THEY GOT THE BREADMAN AS WELL!

there were gardinea, sunshine and one-more-brand-i-forgot to station there. because they are giving free buns as a promotion when ppl, or maid, buy the kababayan card, which is a top up card. I don know why the bread man ended up selling the top up card.

and yeah, u guessed it. THERE IS A WHOLE LOAD OF BREAD.

kaya, pandan, chocolate, coffee, raisins.

they were more enthu than the singtel stuffs ( us ) yay! three cheers for the breadman

oh ya talking about bread man. one guy lost 1.2k on mathes the previous day. how much does a delivery man earn? i am not being mean, but i see his pattern, he should have a family. by losing 1.2k a day, what are you going to put on the table?

met the guys at north point macs. the feeling when i reached there was really good. many of them sitting on a row of tables. talking and joking. i wished i wasnt late then can enjoy more. very warmly the feeling. if this could happen every week then shiok!

the sun was merciless though when we start the match. i could feel the heat even though i was a goalie. damn it . bought a new pair of boots to be goalie! all sandy's fault la. donoe when he disappeared.

the match was rather easy and we won like wad? 9-2 is it? LOL oops. cannot be too haolian. but my opposite number is really a joker. so yeah. if any of you guys bet at singapore pools, the result are as below.
